Ambient Enterprises

Ambient Enterprises, founded in 1986, is a national collective of over 1,200 HVAC professionals delivering design, implementation, and full product-lifecycle support across commercial and industrial sectors. The company operates from 50 offices in 30 states, with a presence spanning the Northeast, West Coast, Mountain States, and Midwest regions.

For data centre operators, Ambient brings specific expertise in mission-critical HVAC environments. Its technical domains include sustainable solutions, energy-consumption reduction, and greenhouse-gas emission reduction - areas of growing importance as facilities seek to manage rising power densities and meet regulatory targets. The firm partners with world-leading manufacturers and applies cutting-edge technology to cooling and climate-control challenges.

The company's operating model brings together specialised HVAC firms under a single umbrella, allowing it to offer end-to-end support from initial sale through technical services to parts and aftermarket. Clients range from healthcare facilities and commercial buildings to institutional spaces and industrial sites.
