ARCO National Construction

ARCO National Construction is a design-build general contractor that delivers turnkey design and construction services nationwide, including data center facilities. The company works across commercial, industrial, and specialised markets - among them distribution centres and warehousing, manufacturing plants, food and beverage processing facilities, life sciences, healthcare, aviation, entertainment venues and multifamily residential developments. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, it has completed more than 7,500 projects.

Its delivery model is single-source design-build: design and construction are combined under one contract in a collaborative process intended to provide cost certainty, accelerate schedules and simplify project execution. Alongside design-build general contracting, the firm provides construction management and general contracting services. Work is carried out both in offices and on job sites across the United States.

The company employs approximately 1,800 associates across 47 office locations, combining national scale with locally focused teams. ARCO National Construction is 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), which aligns associates with long-term business performance. Revenue in its first year was $9.5 million.
