Fortica builds and finishes data centres across Norway and the Nordics, combining specialist fit-out execution with broader industrial and commercial construction. Its on-site scope covers ceilings, insulated sandwich wall and roof panels, flashing, penetration sealing, finishing works and site services for data centre facilities. The company also supplies experienced site leadership and construction workers for technically demanding builds, working from documented schedules, construction drawings, HSE procedures and quality inspections through to commissioning and handover.

The company is part of CTS Group, described as one of Europe's leading data centre design-and-build groups, giving it reach across Europe. Current project locations include Narvik, Kristiansand and Fyresdal in Norway, alongside work elsewhere in the Nordics.

Fortica's technical domains span data centre construction, fit-out execution, penetration sealing, commissioning and handover, HSE and quality inspection, and site management and coordination. Work takes place in a fast-moving environment where multiple trades operate simultaneously against critical deadlines, with the company coordinating internal crews, subcontractors and suppliers.
