HRTX Corp

HRTx, Inc. is an HR consulting group founded in 2020 and headquartered in Makati, the Philippines. The firm integrates technology into human-resources functions, and its talent outsourcing and staffing practice - described by the company as an "API" connecting Filipino tech talent with global markets - is the part of its business most directly relevant to technical employers and candidates, including those in infrastructure and data-centre roles.

Its service suite comprises four lines: HR Digitization, which digitises HR functions; Business Transformation, advising organisations on remote work, agile methodologies and digital transformation while maintaining compliance and operational standards; Employee Engagement, aimed at meeting the expectations of a technology-literate workforce; and Strategic Innovation, offering research-backed, technology-enabled consulting on modern people management.

Operations have widened from the Philippines to Thailand, and the company serves clients across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. HRTx states a mission of helping organisations create better work, workplaces and workforces, under the tagline "Take IT Forward", with an emphasis on research-backed and technology-enabled solutions.
