Keppel is a global asset manager and operator founded in 1968 and headquartered in Singapore. The firm focuses on creating, managing, and operating alternative real assets, with a strategy centred on climate change, the energy transition, urbanisation, and digitalisation. It maintains operations in more than 20 countries.
The company organises its activities into four core business segments: Infrastructure, Real Estate, Connectivity, and Funds Management. The Funds Management division oversees private funds and listed real estate and business trusts. As at end of 2025, Keppel reported approximately $95 billion in funds under management, having raised $28.2 billion between 2020 and 2025.
Since 2002, the firm has delivered an average internal rate of return of 21% across its deals. Its infrastructure and connectivity portfolios are relevant to the data centre sector, reflecting its involvement in digitalisation-related assets.
