OPTIVEUM sp. z o.o. is a boutique consultancy, founded in 2020, that works on IT recruitment, IT outsourcing and strategic consulting. The firm helps companies scale technology operations and build engineering teams, drawing on a Central European talent pool and on more than 15,000 qualified IT and engineering candidates in its database.
The company serves clients in seven countries - Poland, Switzerland, Israel, the USA, Finland, Sweden and Germany - and concentrates on the information technology, software and engineering sectors. Its recruitment work covers the sourcing and vetting of IT and engineering professionals; its outsourcing arm supplies external talent for technology operations; and its consulting practice advises companies on building and scaling tech teams. Its founding team reports over 20 years of combined experience in IT recruitment, outsourcing and consulting, including work building tech teams for large global firms.
OPTIVEUM describes its approach as deliberately distinct from larger staffing firms. It operates a boutique model with flexible and transparent cooperation arrangements, and states that it keeps a close knowledge of the professionals it represents, with an emphasis on personal partnerships rather than transactions alone.
