Evaluates scoped sites against Oracle’s requirements for data centers. Collaborates with multidisciplinary internal and external teams to design the power, cooling, and air flow designs for the data center infrastructure. Conducts failure analyses and responds to emergencies as needed. Assesses data center infrastructure and evaluate plans provided by the Build and Engineering Services (BES) team. Determines cooling requirements and architectural tradeoffs to ensure the white space design meets their requirements to manage variables such as heat, humidity, and air flow. Researches innovative new data center designs, materials, and/or methods.
