In 2013, our founders Jason Okroy and Lee Kirby recognized a critical gap in the data center industry: while facilities were becoming increasingly complex, the talent pool to operate and maintain them was shrinking. They saw an opportunity to bridge this divide by creating a company that could deliver comprehensive, integrated lifecycle services for data centers worldwide, while simultaneously creating meaningful career pathways for military veterans.
