We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia as an HVAC Tester.. The primary responsibility of the HVAC Tester is to ensure the safety and functionality of HVAC systems, components, and equipment through thorough testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC principles, proficiency in using testing equipment, and a keen eye for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform various tests on electrical systems, components, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This includes testing for voltage, current, resistance, insulation resistance, and continuity.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues and malfunctions in equipment and systems. Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint problems accurately.
- Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications to understand testing requirements and procedures.
- Record test results, observations, and any deviations from specifications accurately. Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, and equipment maintenance..
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing test findings, including any deviations from standards and recommended corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to communicate test results, discuss findings, and collaborate on resolving issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional vocational training or certification in HVAC testing is preferred.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in HVAC testing or a related field is advantageous. Familiarity with testing equipment and procedures is desirable.
- Proficiency in using HVAC testing equipment such as manifold gauges, anemometers, and refrigerant leak detectors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and documenting results.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- 40-50%
