WIRE IT

WIRE IT is a Portugal-based IT consulting partner with 18 years of industry experience. Its work is organised around three specialisation areas: IT staffing, IT projects, and AI advising and consulting. Through IT staffing, the company connects IT resources to firms via a global network, with particular focus on organisations expanding or hiring in new regions; projects cover IT project delivery, while the AI practice provides advisory and consulting services built around AI-powered solutions intended to support decision-making, productivity and efficiency.

The company combines its industry expertise with artificial intelligence and AI-powered solutions across IT consulting, technology advisory and IT staffing engagements. Its geographic reach spans Portugal and a global network of IT resources.

WIRE IT's internal team works fully remotely. The company reports a people-first philosophy - technology serves best when it empowers people - and describes itself as a business of people, for people. Stated internal practices include monthly one-to-one sessions led by the COO, training plans supported by a dedicated annual budget, and a culture it characterises as driven by commitment, trust and fun. Its stated aim is building futures rather than simply filling positions.
