Keep a busy enterprise network healthy, then help it grow up.

What you would be doing

  • First and second line support for campus and data centre networks
  • Configuring, replacing and troubleshooting routing, switching, wireless and authentication
  • Looking after Cisco ISE for onboarding, moves and changes
  • Watching performance and fixing problems before users notice them
  • Staging, testing and commissioning equipment for infrastructure projects
  • Keeping procedures, configuration backups and documentation current
  • Occasional planned work outside office hours

What you would bring

  • A bachelor degree and 4 years of relevant experience
  • A valid CCNP
  • 4 years supporting SD-Access campus and ACI data centre networks
  • 2 years each with DNS, DHCP and IPAM, with Cisco ISE, with network monitoring tools and with wireless
  • Multi-tenant and multicast networks, firewalls and load balancing
  • A plus: VMware networking, Infoblox, Splunk, PKI, ITIL Operations, a military and civilian setting
