Requirements

Do You Have The Expertise To Lead Custom HVAC Engineering And Product Development?

• Bachelor'sdegreeinMechanicalEngineeringoracloselyrelatedengineeringdiscipline.
  

• 5+yearsofengineeringexperienceinvolvingHVACequipment,thermalmanagementsystems,refrigeration,customindustrialequipment,orrelatedengineeredproducts.
  

• 2+yearsofengineeringleadershipexperienceasapeoplemanager,engineeringsupervisor,technicalteamlead,orengineeringprojectlead.
  

• Demonstratedexperiencewithengineered-to-order,design-to-order,configured-to-order,orcustomer-specificproductdevelopment.
  

• StrongtechnicalunderstandingofHVACequipmentandcomponents,includingsystemperformance,integration,thermalconsiderations,andapplication-specificengineeringrequirements.
  

• Experiencesupportingproductengineeringwithinamanufacturingorequipmentproductionenvironment.
  

• Abilitytointerpretcustomerspecificationsandtranslatecomplexrequirementsintoengineeringdesigns,documentation,andexecutableworkplans.
  

• Familiaritywithengineeringchangemanagement,designverification,technicaldocumentation,andproductreleaseprocesses.
  

• Experiencecollaboratingwithmanufacturing,quality,sourcing,andcommercialstakeholderstoaddressengineeringandproductionchallenges.
