Do you want to make sure the right document is always in the right place — across some of the Nordics' most complex data center projects and operations? At Bulk, our mission is to build sustainable infrastructure that supports the digital society of tomorrow. As one of the leading providers of sustainable, high-performance data center solutions in the Nordics, we are now looking for a Senior Document Controller to join our Document Control & Commissioning (DCC) team. A team that keeps our technical knowledge structured, accessible, and reliable across both live operations and major capital projects. This is a hands-on role with real visibility. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, project, and HSE teams, and play an active part in improving how we manage documentation across the business. What you'll do: As our Senior Document Controller, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing documents throughout their full lifecycle, from creation and review through to approval, revision, and archiving. Working as part of the DCC team, sharing knowledge and supporting consistent ways of working. Following up document deliverables in projects: drawings, O&M manuals, as-built documentation, commissioning records, and more. Ensuring operations teams always have access to up-to-date procedures, technical documentation, and safety-critical documents. Working in and maintaining our document management systems, primarily ProArc, as well as Omega365, SharePoint, and ACC. Setting and maintaining standards for metadata, naming conventions, numbering, and document structure. Supporting contractors, vendors, and commissioning agents in meeting our document requirements. Guiding and coaching colleagues and stakeholders in good document control practices. Contributing to improving workflows, processes, and system usage across the DCC function. Helping to ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligned with internal and external requirements. Who are you? You bring solid document control experience, whether from projects, operations, or both, and you know what it takes to keep documentation structured and reliable in a fast-moving environment. What you bring: 7+ years of experience in document control or information management, ideally in critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, utilities, energy, or construction. Experience covering both project document control (design, construction, commissioning, handover) and operational document control (controlled procedures, safety documentation). Hands-on experience with document management systems. ProArc, Omega365, SharePoint, or ACC experience is a strong advantage. A good understanding of revision control, status codes, audit trails, and document lifecycle principles. An eye for detail and a genuine interest in keeping things organized and correct. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams at all levels. A practical, proactive mindset where you spot what needs fixing and you do something about it. Strong written English; Norwegian is a plus. Formal certification in document control, records management, or quality systems is an advantage, as is familiarity with ISO management system environments. Do not let a few unmet requirements hold you back from applying. If you have a unique background and believe you can make a valuable contribution to the team, we would love to hear from you. Why join us? Be part of a dedicated DCC team with shared responsibility and genuine team support. A varied role spanning both active projects and live operations. Real opportunity to shape and improve document control processes and systems at a growing company. A collaborative, low-ego environment where your input matters. A role with visibility and responsibility, not just a back-office function. What we offer our Bulkies: We want to take care of our Bulkies, so in addition to statuary state provided schemes, we also offer: A dynamic, growth-oriented workplace with a strong sustainability focus. Comprehensive insurance and annual health check. Additional time off during Easter and Christmas. Monthly contribution to home internet costs and sustainable commuting. Annual wellness allowance to support an active lifestyle. Fully paid parental leave. Next step: We review applicants continuously, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Please upload your CV and a short cover letter explaining your experience and what draws you to this role. We conduct background checks on all hires.
