Job Title                                              Critical Facility Shift Technician Team Lead

Reporting to                                        Technical Team Lead

Location                                              Hamar, Norway

Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to support the daily MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) works on site focussing on mechanical & electronics and to ensure a 24/7 Data Center operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership responsibility for the Critical Facility Shift Technicians within the assigned shift team
  • Schedule activities for Critical Facility Shift Technicians within the assigned shift team
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair of critical technical assets
  • Compliance with internal and external training programs
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Tracking of critical process services using a CMMS system
  • Processing and closing of customer service orders according to the service level
  • agreements
  • Ensuring the correct and effective functioning of the systems
  • Support and accompaniment of subcontractors in the execution of activities, taking into account customer agreements and CBRE security and risk reduction measures
  • Daily tours and inspections
  • Identification of potential risks for the intended process or occupational safety
  • Writing daily shift reports and passing the information to the next shift
  • Participation in alternating shifts
  • Management support in all areas
  • On-site contact person for the customer and his employees in the specified area of ​​
  • responsibility

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Completed vocational training / apprenticeship with sufficient professional experience in the above-

  mentioned key areas, preferably in the area of ​​data centers or other critical environments

  like production or oil and gas

• Experience in handling refrigeration and air conditioning devices

• Knowledge of how to use a CMMS system

• SPS / PLC knowledge is an advantage

• Recognizing complex technical relationships

• Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team

• Confident use of MS Office

• Proficient in English and basic communication skills in local language is preferred
