About the Role:
Deliver advisory and transaction services across Vietnam's data center sector, supporting market entry strategies, site selection, occupier requirements, leasing opportunities, and investment initiatives for local and international clients.
Conduct market research and commercial analysis covering supply, demand, pricing, investment activity, and digital infrastructure trends while preparing high-quality client presentations, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with data center operators, developers, investors, hyperscalers, telecommunications companies, cloud providers, and enterprise occupiers to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Support acquisition, leasing, and transaction processes by coordinating commercial negotiations, due diligence activities, financial analysis, and collaboration with Capital Markets, Research, Valuation, and Industrial & Logistics teams.
Contribute to business development initiatives by preparing proposals, client pitches, thought leadership materials, and market insights while collaborating closely with regional Data Center specialists across Asia Pacific.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data center advisory, digital infrastructure, commercial real estate, investment advisory, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, capital markets, occupier solutions, or related client-facing environments.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client requirements, develop strategic recommendations, and identify new business opportunities within the digital infrastructure sector.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience preparing client reports, business cases, financial analysis, or advisory deliverables.
Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams and engage multinational clients across Southeast Asia.
