Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, delivering on schedule, within budget, and with uncompromising quality and safety
- Lead cross‑functional, internal and external project teams, including consultants, contractors, and key business stakeholders
- Drive the advancement and adoption of standardized best practices and digital reporting frameworks to enhance construction transparency and efficiency
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and clients to ensure projects consistently exceed expectations while aligning with strategic business objectives
- Anticipate project challenges by proactively managing risks and applying innovative solutions to maintain momentum
- Oversee financial management including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and contract negotiations to support business growth
- Foster a safety‑first culture that upholds rigorous governance and compliance with all relevant construction standards and regulations
- Inspire and develop high‑performing teams by modeling collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning behaviors
- Leverage market insights and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions and promote a culture of innovation across construction operations
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, supported by extensive leadership experience in data center or infrastructure construction
- Demonstrated success managing complex construction projects with significant budgetary and operational responsibility
- Proven experience leading internal teams and external partners/vendors in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and data center infrastructure systems
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build strong cross‑functional partnerships
- Strategic mindset combined with pragmatic, decisive problem‑solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in project management systems and digital construction tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and German
