Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Datacenter Operations & PMO to work directly with leadership to oversee physical datacenter operations, manage vendor and technician coordination, track equipment and parts, and ensure accurate billing for contracted work. This role is central to keeping our operations organized, efficient, and financially accountable.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule physical work across multiple datacenters with contracted technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to scope
Track and manage parts and equipment orders from procurement and sales teams, ensuring proper staging and deployment
Review and validate vendor billables in coordination with Accounts Payable, preventing overbilling or unauthorized work
Maintain operational documentation, project timelines, and status reports for leadership
Help standardize processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Strong understanding of datacenter environments, including racks, power, networking, and hardware installs
Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, or remote teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Must be US-based and reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with colocation providers, hosting, or enterprise IT infrastructure
Familiarity with server, networking, and power hardware lifecycle management
Experience with operational process improvement and cost control

Vendor billing is accurate and aligned with approved work, with no overpayment
Parts and equipment are tracked and deployed efficiently
