4 x roles > New Projects / Hands-on site CM / Hyer-Scale Data Centre / Greenfield D&B factory / Semi Con / Master ground engineering & BIM clash resolution / Data Centre, FAB, Industrial, infrastructure and Semi con.

Why you should apply:

What you will do:
Unblock site progress by navigating complex local authority mandates and utility interface queries.

-Utilize BIM tools to clear high-density M&E service clashes.
-Lead site execution for greenfield Design and Build industrial projects.
-Maintain physical progress against baseline schedules under tight deadlines.

Experience you need:
-Deep expertise in substructure works, piling, and reinforced concrete.
-Data Centre, Industrial, Infra, Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor projects
-Experience from Tier 1/2 contractors, civil or infrastructure

Nice to have / Bonus:
-Certified Lifting Supervisor status with valid CIDB Green Card.
-Hands-on proficiency using Navisworks for on-site BIM clash resolution.

About you:
-Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager profile.
-Highly practical builder skilled at resolving Soil Investigation discrepancies.
