Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
- 2 years of experience working with technical teams on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client engagement.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Data Centers.

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for regional budget, full lifecycle project planning, and execution benchmarks within the campus infrastructure.
- Coordinate and enable local campus leadership teams, ensuring strict alignment and compliance with programmatic charters.
- Partner with regional and MARCUS PMOs to optimize supplier engagement, balance project priorities (E3, MARCUS, HUB, YAWN), and mitigate growth/supplier risks.
- Drive regional operational standardization and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, predictability, and safety.
- Develop robust communication plans, partner with cross-functional teams (DCOps, NICON, FEP, GSO) for resource management, and serve as the central liaison for local stakeholders while ensuring accurate data insights.
