Your Role
- Provide operational support for data centre services
- Monitor the healthiness on the facilities, network, system, and application
- Perform first-line troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support Whitespace management, Data Rack setup and Network cross-connections
- Incident handling and escalation to upper tier
- Responds to incidents, including escalation to relevant second-tier team when required
- Prepare and deliver operational reports in a timely manner
- Ensure SLA achievement and maintain regular communication with clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and service delivery
To Succeed in the Role
- Form 5 / DSE graduate, diploma holder or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience in data centre operations, NOC operations, or the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on a 24x7 shift roster and support emergency operational requirements as needed
