Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, andtrack incoming materialsand equipment against purchase orders.
- Organize, stage, and prepare material kitsfor easy access and project readiness.
- Maintain accurateinventory records, monitor usage, and conduct regular audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendorsfor deliveries, issue resolution, and scheduling.
- Track shipments, update project teams, andadjust inventory levelsto minimize waste.
- Safely operateforklifts and material handling equipment; ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Collaborate with project teamson procurement,substitutions, and meeting project timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experiencein material management, logistics, or inventory control (telecom or construction industry preferred).
- Forklift certification, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation required.
- Proficient ininventory management softwarewith strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellentorganizational and multitasking skillsin fast-paced environments.
- Strongcommunication skillsfor working with project teams, suppliers, and vendors;high school diploma required, degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor and warehouse settings.
Pay Rate:
$21.00 - $35.00/hour
