Mark III Construction is a full-service MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractor working across California and Nevada. Founded in 1976 as a single-trade electrical contractor, the company has grown into a self-performing builder covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, process piping, underground utilities, prefabrication and MEP design. Its "Power of One" approach keeps those trades in-house, which removes subcontracted profit layers, scope gaps and scheduling complexity from projects. The firm was named ENR California's Specialty Contractor of the Year in 2019.
Operations run through three business units. M3 MEP delivers construction projects; M3 Service provides 24/7 emergency and preventative maintenance; and M3 Components handles manufacturing and industrialized construction. The manufacturing side is supported by a 62,000-square-foot facility serving five core trades, with a 340,000-square-foot headquarters planned at McClellan Park, California. Existing locations include Sacramento, California (headquarters) and Sparks, Nevada.
