Program Manager, Data Center, Fit-Out Execution

Partner with LVVs and site teams to execute data center fit-out work and support power readiness.

Confirm that teams are using the correct, current cut sheets and that completed work follows their requirements.

Track work against the site schedule, verify progress, and flag delays or gaps early.

Work with LVVs to understand blockers, assign owners, and coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations to resolve them.

Maintain clear records of milestones, open issues, and readiness status for the Director and site leadership.

Travel to data center sites approximately 40–50% of the time to validate progress firsthand.
