provide support to internal subsidiary and external partner
Job scope
- To lead and set up a robust hvac/ crac service team to serve
Asia subsidiary need
- Oversee and support hvac /cracservice operations across all internal
Asia subsidiaries and external partners
- To collaborate with local team n provide technical assistance
and troubleshooting expertise to resolve site issues promptly.
- To Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities
to team members.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex site issues,
providing hands-on support when necessary.
- To Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for
service teams
- To establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for
service-related activities including writing of work method statement,
risk assessment risk etc
- To maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
and act as the main point of contact (POC) for escalations and critical
service-related issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in hvac/crac/acmvservice management
- 5 years hvac experience in data center
- 2 years regional experience n 2 years supervisory/management
experience
- Willingness to travel in Asia on ad hoc basic
