About the Role
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Field Supervisor to support and lead our growing service division, with a strong focus on data center and mission-critical environments.
This is a hybrid role combining time in the field and in the office. You’ll work closely with leadership as an extension of management, helping guide technicians, support customers, and maintain service quality across multiple sites throughout Metro Atlanta.
This position offers a clear path for growth and long-term advancement as our data center division continues to expand.
Field Leadership & Quality Management
Support and mentor Lead Technicians and service teams in the field
Provide one-on-one training and technical guidance when needed
Perform job site visits for QA/QC and process improvement
Assist technicians with advanced troubleshooting when necessary
Ensure consistency in safety, procedures, and customer standards
Data Center & Critical Environment Work
Oversee HVAC service in data center and mission-critical facilities
Support redundant cooling systems and high-performance climate control environments
Work with:
Split systems, Ptac, RTU's
Controls systems troubleshooting - understands startup and commissioning
Chillers (scroll, screw, centrifugal, water & air cooled)
VRF, VAV, VFD systems
Industrial HVAC systems
Office & Operational Support
Handle customer escalations and service-related disputes
Conduct “happy calls” and customer follow-ups
Support accounts receivable and service documentation
Assist with scheduling coordination and service workflow
Act as a leadership backup when needed
This role is designed to help strengthen leadership coverage and support succession planning within the organization.

Requirements
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
Prior lead technician, journeyman, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting ability in commercial and industrial systems
Experience in data centers or interest in growing within that sector
Working knowledge of BAS / controls systems
Ability to mentor and guide technicians in the field
