About the role
As a Data Center Facilities Operator, you’ll help maintain and operate the critical infrastructure that keeps our state-of-the-art data center running safely and efficiently. Working as part of a shift-based operations team, you’ll support both planned maintenance and real-time operational activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Perform planned maintenance and work orders in accordance with site procedures and safety standards
- Participate in 12-hour shift rotations, including control room monitoring and operational coverage
- Monitor, operate, and support critical infrastructure systems
- Respond to alarms, perform troubleshooting, and support incident resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and shift logs
- Support safe scheduling and quality execution of maintenance activities
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Promote strong collaboration, safety awareness, and continuous improvement within the operations team
