Founded in 1974, TIC Solutions employs more than 12,000 professionals across over 250 locations internationally. It operates as the parent company of two businesses: Acuren, which provides nondestructive testing, inspection, rope access and training services, and NV5, which handles engineering, consulting and geospatial work on complex infrastructure challenges.
The group is organised into three segments: Inspection & Mitigation, covering nondestructive testing, inspection and asset mitigation; Consulting & Engineering, covering engineering and consulting services; and Geospatial, covering geospatial and surveying. Technical domains include nondestructive testing and inspection, asset integrity, geospatial and surveying, engineering, laboratory services, commissioning, rope access, training and infrastructure support.
Growth has come through acquisitions, among them WDI, GeoVerra and Core Group, extending the platform's geographic reach and service range.
