Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Los Angeles, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, AC units, and ventilation equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently
- Work on active commercial projects including banks, restaurants, office buildings, and retail facilities
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting tight project construction schedules
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC/AC technician experience preferred
- All PPE
- Basic hand tools and HVAC tools including:
- Manifold gauge set (for R410A/R22)
- Multimeter and electrical testing tools
- Hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, wire strippers, sheet metal snips, pliers)
- Cordless drill and basic bits
- Tubing cutters and flaring tools
- Additional HVAC hand tools as required
