工作职责
负责产品的软件开发与维护,包括控制策略建模、算法开发及系统集成,重点关注DSP/FPGA平台的软件设计与调试。
参与软硬件协同设计,协作进行模拟/数字电路开发,涵盖电流环、电压环、保护控制、PWM驱动及故障诊断等功能模块的实现与优化。
跟踪量产产品的软件问题,进行故障定位与代码优化,持续提升系统性能与可靠性,并支持生产、测试及客户现场调试需求。
任职资格
电力电子、自动化控制或相关专业本科及以上学历。
3年以上电力电子行业从业经验。
熟悉电力电子领域的常用电路及拓扑结构。
熟悉控制理论、模拟与数字电子技术,具备扎实的数学基础及良好的抽象思维与分析能力。
精通C/C++或Verilog HDL/VHDL,具备MCU、DSP或FPGA等嵌入式系统开发经验。
工作主动性强,具备独立思考与解决问题的能力,沟通能力出色,善于团队协作。
熟练掌握MATLAB/Simulink仿真;具备电力系统仿真(PSCAD)、硬件在环(HIL)仿真或中高压电力电子产品开发经验者优先。

"POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for software design and control algorithm development of power electronic products, collaboratively implement integrated hardware and software solutions, and continuously support product iteration and stable operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for software development and maintenance of products, including control strategy modeling, algorithm development, and system integration, with a focus on software design and debugging for DSP/FPGA platforms.
Participate in hardware and software collaborative design, and collaborate on the development of analog/digital circuits, covering the implementation and optimization of functional modules such as current loops, voltage loops, protection control, PWM drive, and fault diagnosis.
Track software issues in products in production, perform fault location and code optimization, continuously improve system performance and reliability, and support production, testing, and on-site customer debugging needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Automation Control, or related fields.
3+ years of experience on power electronics industry;
Familiar with common circuits and topology in power electronics;
Familiarity with control theory, analog and digital electronics, and a strong mathematical foundation, as well as abstract and analytical skills.
Proficient in C/C++ or Verilog HDL/VHDL, with experience in embedded system development such as MCU, DSP or FPGA;
Strong initiative in work, capable of independent thinking and problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and good at teamwork.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink simulation is required; experience with power system simulation (PSCAD), hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation, or medium-to-high voltage power electronics development is preferred.
