岗位职责
- 负责通讯/数据中心电源监控类单板的需求分析、方案制定及架构/原理图设计
- 负责元器件选型、PCB Layout 指导(高速、电源、模拟采样、防护、隔离、安规、散热)
- 负责 BOM、硬件调试、指标测试、系统联调及问题闭环
- 负责 EMC/安规/可靠性设计、整改及产线支持
- 负责试产/量产/市场硬件问题定位与维护
- 负责平台预研、竞品分析、CBB/文档/专利等技术沉淀
任职要求
- 本科及以上,电子/自动化/通信相关专业,3 年+ 电源监控/工控/动环类单板硬件经验;有数据中心电源监控、BMC(AST2600/2700)量产经验优先
- 熟悉交直流 V/I 采样(CT/霍尔)、信号调理、隔离、DC-DC/LDO、干接点等电路设计
- 熟悉 AST2600/2700、AM62x、STM32H7 等 MCU/ARM 最小系统及 DDR、eMMC、RGMII、SPI Flash 等高速接口
- 熟悉 Ethernet、USB、RS485、SPI、I2C、CAN-FD 等通信接口及防护设计
- 熟悉 EMC(CE/RE/EFT/ESD/浪涌)、安规、可靠性 设计与整改
- 熟练使用 Xpedition 或 OrCAD/Allegro 之一
- 具备 C 语言 基础,了解 U-Boot/Linux 或 MCU 裸机,能配合软件联调
- 熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、功率分析仪、电子负载等仪器;沟通协作良好
Responsibilities
- Perform requirements analysis, feasibility assessment, and architecture/schematic design for telecom/data center power monitoring boards
- Select components and guide PCB layout (high-speed signals, power, analog sampling, protection, isolation, safety clearance/creepage, thermal design)
- Manage BOM, bring-up, signal/metric testing, system integration, and issue resolution
- Support EMC/safety/reliability design, debug, and production line activities
- Troubleshoot hardware issues in NPI, mass production, and field deployments
- Conduct platform R&D, competitive analysis, and technical documentation (CBB, reports, patents)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, automation, communications, or related field; 3+ years of board hardware experience in power monitoring, industrial control, or environmental monitoring; data center power monitoring or BMC (AST2600/2700) mass production experience preferred
- Solid analog/digital circuit design; familiar with AC/DC V/I sensing (CT/Hall), signal conditioning, isolation, DC-DC/LDO, and dry-contact I/O
- Familiar with AST2600/2700, AM62x, STM32H7 minimum systems and high-speed interfaces (DDR, eMMC, RGMII, SPI Flash)
- Familiar with Ethernet, USB, RS485, SPI, I2C, CAN-FD and associated protection/EMI design
- Experience with EMC (CE/RE/EFT/ESD/surge), safety, and reliability design and debug
- Proficient in Xpedition or OrCAD/Allegro
- Basic C programming; knowledge of U-Boot/Linux or MCU bare-metal; able to co-debug with firmware/software teams
- Skilled with oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power analyzer, electronic load, etc.; strong communication and teamwork skills
