Responsibilities / 岗位职责
Responsible for the complete PCB design of power supply products across different power levels, including PCB layout, routing, design reviews, and design verification, ensuring high-quality and on-time project delivery. 负责不同功率等级电源产品的完整PCB设计，包括PCB布局、布线、设计评审和设计验证，确保项目高质量、按时交付。Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, safety compliance, and manufacturing engineers to achieve optimal PCB co-design and continuous design improvements. 与硬件、结构、安规及制造工程师紧密协作，实现最优的PCB协同设计及持续的设计改进。
Generate PCB manufacturing outputs, including Gerber files and PCBA production documentation; promptly respond to engineering queries (EQs) during manufacturing and maintain proper document archiving. 生成PCB制造输出文件，包括Gerber文件及PCBA生产文档；在制造过程中及时响应工程问题（EQ），并做好文档归档管理。Continuously follow up on assigned projects throughout debugging, testing, pilot production, and mass production phases; identify, document, and resolve issues to improve product quality and design efficiency. 持续跟进所负责项目的调试、测试、试产及量产阶段；识别、记录并解决问题，提升产品质量和设计效率。
Participate in the development, maintenance, and optimization of PCB design guidelines, standards, and best practices. 参与PCB设计指南、标准及最佳实践的制定、维护和优化。
Contribute to fundamental research projects and technology exploration related to PCB design and development. 参与PCB设计与开发相关的基础研究项目和技术探索。
Qualifications / 任职资格
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline. 电子工程、电气工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB design for switching power supplies, with proficiency in Mentor Graphics tools (such as PADS and Xpedition). 至少2年开关电源PCB设计经验，熟练使用Mentor Graphics工具（如PADS和Xpedition）。
Strong knowledge of safety compliance requirements, EMC design principles, PCB fabrication processes, and PCBA manufacturing technologies. 熟悉安规要求、EMC设计原则、PCB制板工艺及PCBA制造技术。
Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, with familiarity in common switching power supply topologies and power electronics circuits. 扎实的模拟和数字电路设计基础，了解常见开关电源拓扑和电力电子电路。
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to independently complete PCB design tasks. 较强的问题解决和分析能力，能够独立完成PCB设计任务
