Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for hardware and software testing of server power supply units, including module-level (black-box/white-box) testing and system-level testing for communication power products.
- Participate in product planning and design activities during the early development stage.
- Develop test plans and design test cases.
- Prepare and maintain test specifications and procedures.
- Design and develop test platforms and test setups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all testing-related issues encountered during the testing process.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.

More than 6 years of work experience
- Solid fundamentals in analog and digital circuits, familiarity with common power electronics circuits, and strong hands-on capabilities.
- Familiar with common power supply topologies, such as LLC resonant converters and Totem-Pole PFC.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly principled, self-motivated, and capable of independent thinking and problem solving.
- Experience in the development or testing of switching power supplies and server power supply products.
- Experience as a Test Project Manager is preferred.

职位要求
1 本科及以上学历，自动化类、电力电子、电气相关专业；6年以上工作经验
2 有较好的模电数电基础，熟悉电力电子常见电路，有较强的动手能力;
3 熟悉常见的电源拓扑电路（例如LLC/图腾柱PFC等等）
4 英语水平读写能力良好；
5 做事认真，有较强的原则性。工作主动性强，能独立思考和解决问题；
优选条件：
有开关电源、服务器电源类产品开发者优先；
有测试项目经理经验者优先；
