Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate Tier-1 Taiwan ODMs. Map out key decision-makers in Procurement, R&D, and PM organizations.
- Design-Win Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to RFQ management, price negotiation, and MP (Mass Production) allocation. Secure design-wins for Rack Level Power and thermal Solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Global Account Managers and Product Management to align ODM projects with end-user requirements.
