About the Role: As the Critical Services Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Campus Operations Manager with all aspects of data center operations including: environmental, health, and safety; customer service delivery; project work inside the critical spaces; and, ensuring Yondr's facility management (FM) partners consistently meet service level agreements and other contractual obligations. The Critical Services Manager directly manages Yondr's Shift Teams that provide around the clock Site coverage and ensures operational risks are identified and mitigated across all site activities to ensure facility up-time. The Critical Services Manager also supports the change management and problem management processes. This position serves as the people manager of the Facility Shift Managers and is responsible for the site operations center, oversight of the FM service provider(s), tenant analytical reports (including key performance indicators (KPIs)), event notifications/escalations, audits, and recurring review of processes and procedures.
