Alignment Engine runs GPU-powered bare-metal and infrastructure-as-a-service platforms and manufactures the NeuralSync DPU, with data-center operations in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Alignment Engine builds high-performance infrastructure for demanding AI workloads. The company operates GPU-powered bare-metal and infrastructure-as-a-service platforms for enterprise clients, and manufactures the NeuralSync DPU, a proprietary data processing unit produced in-house. Its work spans hardware, software and custom architectures, alongside efficient algorithm design.
Data-center operations are central to the business. Activities include data-center commissioning, structured cabling, hardware lifecycle management, capacity planning and building operations. The company operates from the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus in Ohio, where site work combines engineering and operational responsibilities with an emphasis on quality and safety.
Engineers and operators work together across hardware, software, manufacturing and customer support, and the company rejects a one-size-fits-all approach to infrastructure. Development is structured around practical experience: paid on-the-job training, apprenticeship pathways and certification support are offered, and community engagement forms part of site operations.
