Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Lead white-space operations for one of the largest GPU deployments in the Midwest: rack infrastructure, break-fix, and tenant hand-offs.
What you'll do:
- Own rack/stack, cabling, and hardware lifecycle operations
- Lead data center technicians across shifts
- Own quality of structured cabling and hall standards
- Coordinate with tenant remote-hands requirements
- Drive safety and ESD discipline in the halls
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations
- Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations
- Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay range: $120,000 – $145,000 per year
