QC Servion is a centralized shared-services hub that provides operational support to affiliated companies within the QC Ecosystem. Its functions span human resources, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, benefits administration, marketing, safety, administration, legal, contracts, accounting, and change and program management. The arrangement is designed to let the organisations it serves concentrate on growth, innovation and their core technical work.
The hub supports hundreds of employees across six affiliated companies: DLB Associates, Galtra Solutions, AI2IO, Fluid2Chip, CEQEL Critical Commissioning and 2AI-DC Integrators. Several of these firms operate in the data center industry, and QC Servion supplies the structured processes, workplace safety programmes and practical guidance that underpin their operations.
On 22 January 2026 Accenture announced the acquisition of a 65% majority stake in QC Servion; the deal value was not disclosed. The company describes its culture in terms of safe, engaging and well-managed workplaces, cross-departmental and cross-organisational team connectivity, and an emphasis on employee development.
