STULZ USA researches, designs, manufactures, tests, delivers and supports cooling systems and environmental-control solutions for mission-critical environments, including data centres. Its product range covers precision air conditioners, air-handling units, ultrasonic humidifiers and liquid-cooling products, alongside custom environmental-control solutions engineered to each customer environment's thermal requirements. The company is part of the privately owned global STULZ family, and its products are sold in more than 150 countries.

Technical work spans precision cooling and HVAC engineering, thermal requirements engineering, controls programming, liquid cooling and humidification technology, with product testing built into the development process. Engineering and operations are run largely in-house: metal stamping, electrical wiring, powder coating, piping and controls programming all take place under one roof, giving staff direct visibility from design through to manufacturing and allowing local production to sit close to the engineering teams.

STULZ USA operates three US locations: headquarters in Frederick, Maryland, with additional facilities in Dayton, Tennessee, and Denton, Texas. Work is cross-functional, cutting across engineering, manufacturing, controls, product management, sales, procurement, application support and service. Employees are expected to coordinate across disciplines, exchange product knowledge and take ownership of execution, with an emphasis on tailored solutions, rigorous testing standards, energy efficiency and long-term operational reliability.
